An Offer I Couldn't Refuse
Over the past year I have been working for Utah’s number one technology company: Vivint Smart Home in Provo, Utah. I get the question “Tyler, why would you leave your own company for a corporation like Vivint?” I have one response: The growth potential of their Retail division was extremely promising, and they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Vivint recruited me for their up and coming Retail division.
Let's Do This
At the start of 2016, I was determined to make a feature film. So, I started In The Trenches Entertainment and did just that. I hired and managed a cast of 200+ employees for The Comic Con Movie. After we wrapped I wasn’t quite done, I produced a documentary, built multiple creative campaigns for various clients and even hosted a sports show as the Game of the Week Reporter.
Getting Down and Dirty
I produced an outdoor recreation TV show "At Your Leisure" for 5 years with a new episode airing weekly. Within the confines of the show, I oversaw 60+ different marketing campaigns with 40+ diverse clients. I Played Ullr, a Norwegian god of snow for a Cedar City campaign I created and executed. I was the first cameraman to go upstream through the class 6 rapids to the bottom of Niagara Falls.
